MMPRC and Resort Life Travel Join Forces to Promote Maldives in CIS Region

In a move aimed at expanding the Maldives’ reach in the Russia and CIS travel markets, the Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Resort Life Travel (RLT), a leading name in the country’s tourism industry. The signing took place in Dubai and was attended by MMPRC MD Ibrahim Shiuree and RLT CEO Mohamed Shaaz Waleed.

The agreement sets the stage for a new phase of targeted tourism promotion across the Commonwealth of Independent States, including key markets like Russia, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan.
Resort Life Travel, founded in 2006, has become a trusted destination management company with a strong foothold in the CIS region.

As part of the new partnership, RLT will feature MMPRC branding in a wide range of promotional activities — from digital campaigns and trade fairs to travel agent networking sessions.
